Bacon and egg roll
ingredients
½ kg American style bacon
1 x red onion
6 x medium sized eggs
3x lge roma tomatos
6 slices cheddar cheese
Bbq sauce
1 x sourdough bread stick
6 x bamboo skewers
Method
Cook bacon till crispy, slice red onion quite thick using them as egg rings place on to hot plate and crack 1 egg into each ring, once egg is cooked through fan 4 slices of tomato onto each, shut lid and cook for 1 minute
Slice bread stick and butter place cheese slices on, add cooked bacon and bbq sauce then place onion, egg, tomato piles on and skewer into 6 portions cut up dig in crack a stubby Sunday morning
Sexy up the kebab
For this one go down to your local kebab shop and ask for the standard lamb donna kebab, and instead of letting them roll it up ask for it in separate containers, great for when your running late but you still need to impress.

Method
when you get home crank the barbie and get out 2 of your nicest plates, mix all the salad ingredients together and place in a neat pile on the plate, heat lamb up on barbecue plate and Lebanese bread on grill side to crisp up, place lamb on top of salad, finish with a dollop of natural greek style yoghurt and a sprig of coriander for garnish cut the bread into triangles and serve on the side.

Any leftovers in the fridge minus the liquid that equates to about 1kg of mix
16 eggs
100ml cream
Grease proof paper
Grease ease
Method
Pre heat barbecue plate on the beefeater sports grill to high then turn down to medium heat, grease the plate and place down grease proof paper leaving an overhang at the front.
Whisk eggs and cream together and pour onto plate shut lid and let cook for about 10minutes, lift lid and neatly place mix along egg mix then using the overhang roll into log, slide of plate and onto chopping board, cut up into bite size pieces and serve with soy sauce dipper.
