Ingredients
1 chicken breast sliced
100g snow peas
4 chats potatoes thinly sliced
Corn kernels
1 x red capsicum
½ red onion
200ml chicken stock
Butter salt and pepper
Method
Lay out sheet of alfoil 30cm long place greaseproof sheet on top that leaves at least 1cm of alfoil overhang all the way around stack ingredients at one end of the grease proof then fold the other half over and create an envelope by folding sides being careful not to pierce once done add 50ml chicken stock and knob of butter to each packet and seal
To cook place on preheated flat plate on bbq and cook for 10 minutes (the stock should create steam and the bags will rise if there are no holes which is imperative for the cooking process).
